How to prepare for the exam?

Preparing for the 11+ Maths exam is a long process. If you want to improve your child's grades accurately and efficiently, you need to prepare in advance. To this end, we recommend the following steps for preparation:

1. Choose a school in advance

Mathematics is a required subject for all schools, but the exam contents of each school are different, and there are differences in the difficulty , number of questions , and time of the exam. Choosing a school in advance will help you to accurately collect information about the school's exam subjects , past exam questions, and other information, and establish an efficient exam preparation plan.

2. Reading and Thinking Skills

Although it is a math test, students' English reading ability is tested first. If students cannot correctly understand the meaning of the question, they cannot solve the problem correctly. British exams also attach importance to logical thinking , and questions that are not difficult in themselves also require students to have flexible and flexible thinking skills.

3. Be familiar with the question types

If the school you are applying for is GL or ISEB test, students can practice directly in the GL question bank . Students taking CEM test will have more difficulty practicing questions because they need to find practice questions suitable for students.
